Crabber's Special; Chicken & Chicken By-Products
It’s the best way to catch delicious dungeness crab on the Oregon & Washington Coast! When we have chickens that are at the end of their life or leftover pan fry specials (rooster culls from our hatches) we take those birds that don’t dress out as a table bird and, instead, use them to curate special bags for grabbing.
These birds are not as thoroughly cleaned as those for the table and may include feather, blood, feet, and organs. Oftentimes we will add Stink Bait to the bag prior to freezing so that they are marinated and ready to attract crabs to your pot.
Each bag contains a minimum of two birds broken into quarters.
